We have just released a new update to the graphs and grids. All the graphs are now javascript-based, so they will work on iphones and ipads. The checkboxes on grids are gone, which were confusing.  Now to graph individual items, just click the row in the link lists, referrer lists, etc. To compare multiple items, hold the Ctrl key while clicking.  Also, the grids are now sorted by number of clicks, with the most clicked at top.

The video also explains the blue and orange sections of the top overview graph.  Blue is returning visitors, orange is unique.
